Actually, NONE of us want to hear about or read about this on these lists. I can't believe that this was posted on so many lists. That is why we created our own list where this is absolutely NOT allowed. If someone has an issue with another breeder then it should be dealt with privately. Why do you all think we breeders have such a bad name and that so many good people are leaving the Cat Fancy because of things just like this??
These things should be kept private and not posted on ALL of these lists. I am shocked that the moderators of these lists allowed these posts to go through. It would never be allowed on my forum.

Get over it. She has a cat of your breeding and it's a done deal. She is good people and now she can do what she wants with kittens from this cat. You have NO contract with her for her to break.
Lesson for everyone to learn here is that contracts are really not worth much. The only thing that is worth anything is to co-own any kitten that leaves you. This is the only way that a cat can not change ownership without you being made aware of it as the original breeders of a kitten. It would only make sense that in this case if the new owner of this cat was able to get new papers on the cat there was no co-ownership done by you Marina. So give it a rest and let this be done. Use it as a lesson learned and a lesson taught to many breeders.
JMO but this is all just NASTY and nothing can change and needs to end. The rest of us on the lists don't need to hear your nasty posts about this cat now or in the future.
Tatiana I wish you the best with your kitties and hope that you have also learned something from this experience. You now own the kitty and I hope you take wonderful care of her and she has many wonderful years with you.
