[PER] It's official - re-writing Persian history

As of today, CFA has awarded DM status to Tina Maria of Cashmere who, to the best of our knowledge, is now the oldest Persian to receive this award.

So 50+ years later, Shirley Michaud-Dent researched and confirmed her qualifying offspring and in fact had to give her a new #, consistent with CFA's current #'ing system, to process that award for her. I just checked, and herman shows her with her new # as a DM !

Cathy Scarbrough found that 5th GC in an old show catalog passed along from Richard Gebhardt 3 or 4 weeks ago.

For those of you familiar with those early yearbooks, they did not list the sire or dam for the new GC's and we've been hunting for them ever since. We still have 20 or 30 older GC's where we are looking for their sire/dam so please don't let those show catalogs or pedigrees (old or new) get thrown away.
