[PER] Genetics: how is that possible??

Hi all!
I wanted to ask for help because i have a new litter but it was a big surprise: all three born babys with long noses!!
(The sire is my boy for a long time now who is very flat and brings always 90% flat or extrem flat noses.I have a litter from him by this time with 100% extrem flat noses . The mother from these babys is his long-year-gilrfriend!)

This sire now was together with a new girl friend , which is a flat female coming out with an excellent pedigree:
Dam champion (parents from her : GC,RW !!! BOTH !)
Sire ( parents GC , both ).
This girl now is mother of 3 little boys but all three boys with a long nose! None is not even flat!!!
How ist that posible????? I m so surprised that i don t know what to do. I can not find an explanation. Can you?
