This group is not new. Ive just never promoted it before. There is already a persiandispute list on yahoo but they have people who are detrimental to solving problems on that list. On this list There will be no Yentas
allowed,no people who arent willing to settle problems allowed, no chronic complainers and no lurkers. You will have to prove your identity to join. No anonymous e-mail addresses. If there is an active situation going on and you remain a lurker and choose not to participate with any input after a month you will be removed.
