You have got to be kidding. After all of the harassment that you got from Sandra, threatening you and accusing you of sending her the wrong cat and wanting her money back right now, she has decided to purchase her rather than sell her as a pet as promised on e-mail before God and everybody? I would not want her to own here either. Sandra, you should be ashamed of yourself for not keeping you promise to Mimmo and Marie after they returned your money. Mimmo, do you still have all of the e-mails from your correspondence? I would print everything out and send it to CFA.

We would to know you the story of our kitten Mirò Lady Jungle. Lady Jungle arrived to Sandra Belcher in Florida ( http://belcherpurrs .homestead. com ) on June 26th. Sandra immediately contacted us to inform us this cat has a bump an some others defaults, ears, tail, nose... We explained her that she has to be patient because Lady Jungle was 4 monthes old and was in the difficult age, that our lines are slow and that we are sure Lady Jungle will be very nice. We well know our bloodlines. Others of our past kittens made the same develop and are now gorgeous. We proposed her a discount she refused saying we were insulting her and that she would never buy a cat like Lady Jungle and asked us to refund all the money cat+travel. We answered her but the mails we sent her didn't arrive...and so without trying another way to contact us ( our phone number is on our site!!!!) Sandra made us threats and put all this story on the list on July 1st, yes, not 1 or 6 monthes after ... 5 days after! We answered her to all her mails, but it can happen that mails don't arrive ...
Via the list, we told to Sandra that we need all her bank informations to make the transfer of money but she had difficulties to understand it, after many days and with the help of a member of this list she has understood but we had to wait the July 6th to receive her bank informations and we made the transfer of money this July 6th, and send her the number transfer. We are not thieves as she roars on the list.
Sandra received the money few days after, became more quiet and proposed us to try to sell Lady Jungle in USA, for Lady not have to remake this long travel. We agreed and she put very nice photos about Lady Jungle and posted her on her website.These photos are very different than the photo she sent us the day of the arrivate of Lady Jungle. The result is no buyer, and the person who contacted us or Sandra does't buy Lady Jungle. Just one of Sandra's customer who wanted Lady Jungle just as a pet, to spay her and just live with her. In the same time, Sandra made us an offer, but we didn't understood all this offer at the first mail, we have understood after, she proposed to keep Lady Jungle and buy her for $1300 around 1000 euros all inclusing (cat + travel). We decided to sell Lady Jungle to Sandra's customer and asked him to spay her and send us the certificate, this one answered us writing he has to moove for her job (true or not??) and he can't take her, and add that Sandra was buying Lady Jungle ...So we wrote to Sandra we agreed she keep Lady Jungle, believe us just in the interest of our cat, but we have understood in the following email that she would pay us this cat when she will be breed and sure that she is pregnant. On this point we desegreed, who has already seen that??? We asked her to return us Lady Jungle. And we wrote we would like to bring Lady at CFA show, because Sandra write Lady Jungle is a "sweet pet".
We remember you that we paid of Lady Jungle and her travel to Sandra... We think so that this cat is OUR. Sandra doesn't want to return Lady Jungle. She decided alone to keep her, and didn't wanted to respond us. . .She would pay us half the price now and the rest later, on September. WHY? We didn't trust in her. Some persons contacted us by mail, saying that they contacted Sandra about Lady Jungle and they have understood that Sandra wanted to keep Lady Jungle...
Yesterday, we have been contacted by a person who wants Lady Jungle and who lives in USA, this person is a serious buyer, she called us at phone and all is ok for us, for her...Because of this buyer who managed to contact Sandra, this last answered us ...but Sandra doesn't want to send Lady Jungle. She says Lady is her cat.
We don't want Lady Jungle stays at Sandra's home, she is a "pet" and Sandra doesn't need a "pet" in her breeding program.
PLEASE HELP US, how do you think about Sandra's behavior ???
What could we do to make Lady Jungle goes to her future new owner ??? It seems that Sandra has contacted the CFA to have a mediator, we hope it will help us.
